ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary focus of this position is to coordinate the day to day operations of the yard as well as the administrative support of the branch. Focusing on safety and effectiveness this role will coordinate all functions within the assigned branch(s).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Principal Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative services such as:
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Employee and fleet record maintenance/compliance
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist with branch budgeting
- Oversee truck fleet management responsibilities such as:
- Ensure truck fleet is within DOT compliance
- Provide drivers with tools and resources as needed
- Manage truck fleet parts inventory
- Manage & coordinate truck fleet vendors
- Manage and assign service requests for multiple branches often contacting customers directly
- Manage damage & repair process as well as monthly budget
- Works with branch leadership to develop new processes and procedures with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used and Responsibility:
- Computer telephone and electronic office equipment
- MS Office Suite
- Welder and forklift if needed
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent some college preferred
- 2 Years of operations experience
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite including Excel
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA and state specific safety regulations
- Welding experience or welding certificate
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Communicate clearly: verbal and written
- Valid Driver's License
