Job Description:

InGenesis iscurrently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to work with our client. In this role, you will provide support to Clinic and Providers to provide an excellent patient care experience, improve Clinic productivity and assist in reaching goals for some HEDIS measures such as HTN and DM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all clinic site operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely care delivery.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and triage teams to manage provider schedules and patient appointments.
  • Make real-time staffing and scheduling decisions to optimize clinic performance.
  • Monitor staff performance, safety, and compliance; provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Lead site preparation for audits and coordinate data collection for operations and grant reporting.
  • Manage clinic site budget, participate in business planning, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient complaints and service recovery.
  • Promote a culture of customer service excellence and teamwork across departments.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate non-provider staff; implement personnel policies in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure clinic facilities are clean, safe, and well-equipped in coordination with IT and Facilities teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, health sciences administration, public health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinic operations experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and serving diverse populations.

Preferred:
  • Master's in public health (MPH)
  • California RN or LVN license
  • Bilingual in Spanish
