The Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice at FTI Consulting provides multidisciplinary, independent dispute advisory, investigative, data acquisition/analysis and forensic accounting services to the global business and legal community. Our team supports clients facing high stakes litigation, arbitration and compliance investigations, and regulatory scrutiny.

About the Opportunity:

FTI is looking for a managing director for our Forensic Accounting Advisory Services ("FAAS") practice within our Forensic and Litigation Consulting group. The candidate would be responsible for leading client engagements as well as developing and growing the FAAS practice in the San Francisco bay area market. This practice provides various accounting advisory services including investigations, dispute advisory, post-acquisition disputes, and corporate compliance and risk projects, and other forensic accounting matters. Characteristics: • Fifteen plus years of forensic accounting experience at Big 4 accounting firm

• Proven experience as a strong leader of forensic accounting teams involving a wide array of investigative and dispute matters, including large, complex and high-profile engagements • Well respected by fellow staff and clients and demonstrated people development

• Focused on developing client relationships and selling forensic accounting services Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors and MBA • Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Financial Forensics or equivalent Position Classification: Exempt
