Responsibilities
- Provide marketing management of James Roe Motorsports Program.
- Maximizing marketing opportunities for NALA Racing program to generate further sales.
- Create and maximize marketing and sales opportunities for James Roe's executive connections network to position Topcon executives with the appropriate connections within other key accounts to maximize investment in MotorSports program.
- Identify and manage marketing opportunities with key European companies to expand J. Roe visibility and Topcon visibility in Europe.
- Provide Marketing Management of key programs with Bentley and DCW. Digital Construction Works is a jointly owned company between Bentley and Topcon and to support their success increased marketing programs need to be created, implemented and managed between Bentley, DCW, and Topcon.
- Collaboration, strategy and marketing planning with milestones and associated budgets, creation of marketing assets and programs that will be implemented within Topcon and DCW to increase sales for both companies.
- Support Bentley's annualyear In Infrastructure program.
- Marketing management for additional partners and OEM accounts.
- Increase sales for existing and new products.
- Additional partners include SAP co-marketing programs, AutoDesk, and potential business from Topnet Live OEM outreach, specifically in the UAV, autonomous vehicles market.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Business Management with Masters of Business Administration Preferred.
- 2+ years marketing experience preferred or demonstration of marketing proficiency through coursework or internship.
- Experience in the motorsports world is a significant plus.
- Experience in managing partner companies and OEM's is preferred
- Marketing and promotions experience with emphasis on demonstrating ROI. Ability to create plans with objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and integrated activities customized to support programs including digital advertising/campaigns, case studies, competitive analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to properly convey concepts, persuade , identify key decision makers.
- Ability to work within both Topcon and potential customer organizations at various levels from executive to hourly employees, gaining trust, support, and confidence in Topcon products and services.
- Travel is a strong potential and time spent at racetracks in various areas is to be expected.
