What You'll Do
- Lead FTI teams and client teams in developing revenue growth strategies and defining implementation plans
- Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
- Apply sales, marketing, pricing, go-to-market strategy and analytical skills to various client situations and practice disciplines (e.g., financial modeling, ratio and comparable company analysis, review/analysis of financial statements and projections, assessing business plans, claims, conducting due diligence on balance sheet and profit and loss statement items, etc.).
- Analyze private equity portfolio companies and public companies to prepare complex EBIDTDA and cash flow projections and worksheets to model business outcomes and/or actual or hypothetical value creation metrics.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties, as necessary, on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities.
- Business Development - assist in aspects of pursuits and proposal development. Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.

Basic Qualifications/Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years relevant consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing business strategy projects in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
- Strong quantitative skills to supervise data analysis, interpret output and generate insights
