We are immediately seeking a On-Campus Recruiting Manager with proven success in managing on-campus events and programs. This role requires someone who is collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial minded and operationally strong. We are looking for someone who can partner with internal key stakeholders throughout the firm, various key universities, students, and the internal talent acquisition team.

What You'll Do

• Organize on-campus events with a focus on attracting top talent to FTI
• Support internal professionals during on-campus activities and provide them with best practices for interacting with students during events
• Manage Spring and Fall recruiting cycles including leading the Superday's for the various business practices
• Manage the coordination of matching students with internal professionals/practices
• Meet hiring goals for practices by ensuring candidates have the proper touch points to FTI professionals, communications that keep them engaged and follow up to ensure high conversion and acceptance rates
• Coordinate info sessions/coffee chats between students and internal professionals
• Continually improve programs and processes
• Identify barriers and build relationships needed to drive change in the business
• Work with internal practice professionals, HR leaders, campus recruiting team to develop strategies in building and enhancing FTI's on-campus programs
• Able to work with and effectively manage key stakeholders through the recruitment process and incorporate stakeholder feedback into strategy.
• Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Leader to manage recruiting programs and implement cost saving and perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
• Interpret data, create reporting, proposals, and presentations highlighting programs and tracking against goals
• Maintain expert knowledge of recruiting programs by staying well-informed on best practices, competitive intelligence, emerging trends, and technological advancements
• Travel as needed to meet with internal and external stakeholders, events, meetings, and other relevant recruiting matters

How You'll Grow

The On-Campus Recruiting Manager will be a member of our internal recruiting team and play an integral role in developing and enhancing on-campus events and programming at FTI.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6+ years of campus recruiting experience with a minimum of 2+ years creating and executing on-campus events and programming
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo, Handshake & LinkedIn Recruiter
• This role requires travel to FTI offices
• Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and various reporting tools
