Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

We seek an experienced Renewal Account Manager, Security, to join our Customer Success organization. You will partner with distributors, channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Customer Success) to ensure we accomplish our renewal targets.

What Will You Do?
  • Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with Company team members, partners, and customers
  • Continue the transformation of our renewals processes and practice to ensure it seamlessly integrates and is easy for partners and customers
  • Create and manage the timely generation of renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of the process
  • Create and maintain accurate and timely renewals forecasts, including risks identification and mitigation
  • Coordinate with external parties and sales team to accomplish on-time renewals
  • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities, including co-termination and multi-year renewals

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Three (3+) years of service renewal experience with an emphasis on a channel (preferably networking industry and/SaaS company)
  • Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, terms, and conditions, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of negotiating with partners and customers with a focus on value
  • Experience working with both internal and external customers in a multi-tier channel environment
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex service concepts clearly and accurately to internal and client-facing teams at all management levels
  • Proficient with analytics and associated tools (i.e., Excel, Access, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must, as problem resolution with Sales, Customer Support, Customers, and Finance are key components of the job
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented team player with strong attention to detail

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamix
  • Bilingual

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$52,500.00 - $97,500.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by our management team.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
