About The Role
FTI Consulting is seeking an experienced Security and Access Control Manager. This position will report into the Global Health & Safety Director and own the oversight, vendor management and global governance across access control administration, surveillance video and badging functions (day-to-day services, visitors, vendors, terminations). The role will help the Director to deliver strategic priorities while working on the continued development of a global access control strategy. This role will have the opportunity to be engaged across other Workplace Service functions and projects outside of their access control.

What You'll Do
Strategic Roadmap: Support the continuous development of global standards and protocols across security and access management controls. Identify and resolve risks and gaps across the operation. Support the global Health & Safety Director across their remit overall.
Building Access Operation: Provide oversight and governance of the access control administration processes (day-to-day services, walk-ins, HR orientations, terminations, etc.) across small to large sites with disparate systems. Train and manage processes to ensure adherence to security access control policies and standard methodologies.
Services and Administration: Manage vendors and collaborate over physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, visitor management and others as requested. Collect data and create reports to support internal and external audits relating to access control information and occupancy. Work closely with compliance, business units, and small projects to ensure that regulatory requirements for separations of business are followed.
Maintenance: Escalate and track system failures and service outages; manage security maintenance vendor device break fix contracts, including service review meetings; manage performance service levels, ensure all preventative maintenance inspections are completed, and work with IT on the management of life cycle replacements and upgrades in line with roadmap and strategy inclusive of assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT); manage vendor relationships to ensure that all aspect of vendor contract, business relationship and operations are carried out as required.

About The Role
FTI Consulting is seeking an experienced Security and Access Control Manager. - Deliver solutions to centralize badge distribution
- Support projects and new deployments

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional post-graduate experience in the implementation and maintenance of access control systems.
- Experience in global operations.
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in a related field.
- Experience in coordinating with workplace, IT, vendor and stakeholder disciplines; this role requires stakeholder engagement across all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong reporting experience with the ability to summarize data and present to senior management succinctly.
