Operations Analyst

This position will report to the Director of Operations with the primary tasks of performing detailed business analysis for all departments based on inventory, documenting/monitoring processes, anticipating trends and changes of business through data. This person must be a problem-solver who thinks analytically but is able to present in a non-technical manner.

Core Job Duties

• Documenting, evaluating, and updating business audit processes
• Anticipating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes to further develop growth strategies
• Analyzing systems to continually upgrade, automate, and modernize information
• Developing reporting tools that help drive KPI's for sales, service, and operations
• Coordinating with audit teams to ensure adherence by TSS to all company procedures
• Ensuring analysis/data is accurate and useful to business development

Requirements and Skills:

• BS degree in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or equivalentrequired with 5+ years of experience in retail or distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and analytical skills
• Able to work independently without close supervision
• Prior NetSuite experience is helpful
• Prior experience with creating and developing queries in a relationship database is preferred
