About the Role

Responsible for providing Acuity operation functions support.
  • Acuity Billing Processes
  • Act as administrator for Acuity billing database
  • Input all projects, rates, timekeepers, and additional project information
  • Create weekly projections of Acuity estimated revenue, update tech leadership
  • Oversee team for coding of billing line items; check for adherence to project stipulations, SOWs and LOEs
  • Oversee all reconciliation of Acuity invoicing
  • Create and send out billing summaries for 50+ projects monthly; correspond with Billing and Senior Billing Timekeepers for billing approval
  • Create Acuity Estimated revenue sheet; update as needed to provide additional insight
  • Create monthly acuity posting sheet
  • Correspond with FTI finance team
  • Evaluate pricing, document counts, and review hours for compliance with Statements of Work and client budgets

What You'll Do

Financial/Analytical/Budgetary Reporting
  • Create and manage Relativity reporting for Tech segment
  • Create weekly client facing budgetary reports
  • Create historical and current Acuity revenue reports
  • Create employee utilization, site profitability and overhead cost reports
  • Create Acuity billing rates reports to be utilized in new engagements
  • Create reporting on historical Acuity service offerings

ADP/Payroll Responsibilities
  • Assist with:
    • Weekly Acuity timesheets and payroll
    • Wire payment process as needed

Acuity Reviewer Database
  • Update database weekly with ADP data

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a legal or analytical field of study
  • 5 years in related field
  • COVID Vaccine required*
  • This role requires travel to FTI offices

Preferred Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Comfort interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and a capacity to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Ability to manage in an ambiguous environment of continuous change and perform well
  • Proficiency with computers and comfort with providing light tech support
  • High degree of expertise with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of database systems; preferably Quickbase
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team yet be able to work independently with minimal supervision
