Overview

Vision Technologies is an IT integrator with five IP centric Business units: Network infrastructure, wireless, electronic security, audio visual systems and professional services. The role of the sales manager will be to Support the VP of Corporate sales in the hiring, training, support and oversight of sales team, consisting of approximately 12 sales reps.

Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Sales Strategies and processes
  • Lead generation
  • Help the VP of corporate sales develop and maintain monthly sales forecasts
  • Support Project Managers to expand existing customer relationships and identify add-on sales opportunities
  • Review sales pipeline with sales reps and assure crm reports are accurate
  • Scheduling, coordination and participation in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Promote and support channel partner relationships and strategies (manufacturers & distributors)
  • Field sales support and mentoring
  • Help sales reps create and develop win strategies for customers and customer engagements
  • Coordinate account team meetings and support the sales reps with creation of account strategies
  • Assist in recruiting new sales representatives
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years commercial business to business sales experience in integrated IT technologies and services
  • Proven past experience managing sales reps and success in attaining team quota
  • Confidence and ability to work with peers and executive management
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings via a formatted agenda
  • Ability to multi tasks and manage team and deadlines


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years commercial business to business sales experience in integrated IT technologies and services
  • Proven past experience managing sales reps and success in attaining team quota
  • Confidence and ability to work with peers and executive management
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings via a formatted agenda
  • Ability to multi tasks and manage team and deadlines


Education Requirements:

Four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to relate to c-level customers
  • Functional industry knowledge of integrated it solutions
  • Industry recognized certifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office productivity tools, including teams, power bi, word, excel (pivot table) and power point
  • Able to present vision directly to prospective customers in a one on one or group setting
