Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Program Analyst. This position supports the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team at Patuxent River NAS.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Program Analyst will support the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team and perform the following tasks:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline and at least four (4) years of experience supporting major weapon system development and acquisition in program management, technical or business analysis discipline is required. An Associate's degree and eight (8) years or High School diploma and sixteen (16) years of experience may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commensurate written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must have an active Secret Security clearance.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Program Analyst will support the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team and perform the following tasks:
- Collect, organize, and interpret team inputs relating to program schedule and system technical requirements.
- Track due dates and completion status of Request for Information (RFI) deliverables to external stakeholders.
- Utilize NAVAIR and DoD enterprise management tools (Procurement Management Tool, Common Spend Plan Tool, CDRL Management Tool) in support of IPT operations.
- Draft and edit documents for distribution to external stakeholders.
- Coordinate IPT meetings, record meeting minutes, and maintain action items trackers.
- Support NAVAIR IPTs with analysis of product requirements, cost, and schedule requirements.
