The Frederick National Laboratory is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) sponsored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. The lab addresses some of the most urgent and intractable problems in the biomedical sciences in cancer and AIDS, drug development and first-in-human clinical trials, applications of nanotechnology in medicine, and rapid response to emerging threats of infectious diseases.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Systems group oversees the strategic vision and implementation plan for IT systems and solutions for the enterprise at Leidos Biomedical Research, the operational information and data systems support to Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Enterprise Systems group is looking for a M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to work cohesively as part of a team building multiple solutions simultaneously that automate customer's business processes and procedures by utilizing workflows and dashboards within the Microsoft 365 suite of tools (i.e. SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams and Power BI).

The Enterprise Systems group is looking for a M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to work cohesively as part of a team building multiple solutions simultaneously that automate customer's business processes and procedures by utilizing workflows and dashboards within the Microsoft 365 suite of tools (i.e. SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams and Power BI).
- Responsible for all aspects of implementing a solution including gathering requirements, development, testing, deployment and process documentation
- Implement M365 tools to solve business and scientific process automation requirements, driving efficiency across the enterprise
- Guide citizen developers on how to effectively use Power Platform utilizing best practices
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Provide technical assistance and support related to the Microsoft 365 application suite
- Identify new areas and business processes where PowerApps/SharePoint can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement
- Propose system design of Power Platform products to meet new project requirements
- Work with end-users to maximize their productivity using Microsoft 365
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university according to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education)
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
- In addition to the education requirement, a minimum of two (2) years experience developing solutions utilizing the Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Experience creating new Microsoft Teams, Power BI Reports, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Power Automate Flows
- Experience in translating complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications
- Ability to balance both support and project work; able to meet project milestones
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
- Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using APIs in Power Platform
- Experience implementing Git Hub solutions
- CSS experience
- Power Platform Solution Application Lifecycle Management experience
- Experience with Sharegate for data migration
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Dataverse and/or SQL queries.
