Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Program Analyst. This position supports FMS Joint Military Planning Systems (JMPS) for PMA-281.

Essential Job Functions of this Position: The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing program requirements, status, budget and schedules as they pertain to either Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). He/She will perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Will participate as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. He/She will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical and/or financial information relating to weapon system acquisition, and product programs.

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related technical discipline from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience in program management, technical, logistics or business analysis is required. Two (2) of those four (4) years should include professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and/or components development. An Associate's degree and eight (8) years of experience or High school diploma or GED and ten (10) years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Candidate should have demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OMPAN and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBE of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
  • Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
  • Experience with FMS of military weapons systems and components development.
  • An active Secret security clearance is required.
