Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) Analyst. This position supports the Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) for PMA 281 in Patuxent River, MD.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in a Business, Management or related technical discipline from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis is required. Two (2) of those years should include technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. An Associate's degree and eight (8) years of related experience or High School diploma or GED and ten (10) years of experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
He/She should also have demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules; knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBE of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series); must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs; and experience with military weapons systems and components development.
An active Secret security clearance is required.

- The JMPS Analyst will be responsible for analyzing program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules as they pertain to Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS).
- He/She will perform program management, technical, or business case analysis.
- Will participate as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
- Collects, organizes and interprets technical and/or financial information relating to weapon system acquisition and product programs.
