FMS Program Analyst

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; FMS Program Analyst. This position will provide support in a Foreign Military Sales program at the Patuxent River NAS.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of general work experience is required. Associate's degree and eight (8) years OR high school diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of experience may substitute in lieu of the bachelor's degree. Should have previous experience with FMS, have the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and work in a team environment. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Acrobat Pro, and LiveCycle. Must be able to communicate with foreign customers and understand the boundaries of an International program. Excellent customer service skills is a must!
Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
- Review and manage Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) metrics
- Make deficiency recommendations for ILS requirements
- Support System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) Events
- Review and analyze Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) impact on product support. Make recommendations.
- Support development of acquisition and requirement documentation to include: Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP), Logistic Requirement Funding Summary (LRFS), Maintenance Plans and Manuals, Statement of Works (SoW), Contractor Deliverable Requirement Line (CDRL), and Technical Evaluations.
- Support technology insertion, as it impacts logistics, into the acquisition process.
- Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of maintenance and supply support solutions.
- Prepare, route, track, and distribute correspondence with the foreign customer.
- Support the preparation of executive level briefs
- As necessary support the international travel process.
