About The Role
The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting.The Senior Analyst will provide end user support to FTI's financial systems as well as support projects as assigned to include integrations/acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for the assessment, identification, and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI's business needs.

FTI Consulting leverages the Information Technology Group (ITG) to accomplish the following goals: Improve Practitioner Productivity and grow the business with IT, Reduce Risks with IT in the business, andmanage a balanced set of IT investments that meet business objectives. About The Role
The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting.The Senior Analyst will provide end user support to FTI's financial systems as well as support projects as assigned to include integrations/acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for the assessment, identification, and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI's business needs.
What You'll Do
- Respond toTM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP systems support calls/tickets using Service Now (SNOW) platform
- Assist with identification, analysis, and resolution of issues within the financial system, internal & external interfaces / reporting, and user security
- Assist with projects as time allows for TM1 and work collaboratively with other system support teams/users to integrate, design, test and implement solutions
- User Access Setup for TM1, Datamart, Unit4 ERP
- Set up and maintenance of systems

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant post-graduate experience working with Financial Systems
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Experience in TM1
- Ability to query data using SQL Management Studio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
