Senior Program Analyst

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Senior Program Analyst. This position will provide support to PMA 281 at Patuxent River, NAS.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
Senior Program Analyst will perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) supporting PMA 281, and provide recommendations to ensure program success. Candidate will provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Will participate as a member of and/or support the overall JMPS Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). He/She will also collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to weapons system acquisition and product programs. Candidate will track program/project status and schedules. Will also apply policies and procedures for financial planning.
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Master's degree and at least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management is required. Bachelor's degree or PMI certification and thirteen (13) years of experience OR high school diploma/GED and fifteen (15) years of experience may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement. A minimum of six (6) years of recent work experience should be related to analysis and planning.
Should also be familiar with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBE, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254. Should also have demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management and schedule. Familiarity with Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) as either a user or in the acquisition field is required.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
