Conflicts Support Specialist

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This position is responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to the Conflicts team to ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained. The position will also be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the ethical wall system. The candidate must be able to work with limited direction and have the ability to prioritize assigned and ad hoc duties. The Conflicts Management department is a division of Legal and office of the General Counsel for the firm. The individual will need to interact with senior leaders and requires the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Provide oversight of compliance projects • Provide review and valuation of client engagement entries
• Prepare and provide reports on an ad hoc basis
• Perform data integrity tasks and projects associated with conflict process, such as updating related party records, scanning of documents, data integrity projects, etc.
• Manage ethical wall process, including drafting ethical wall agreements, creating ethical wall screens, adding team members as requested to the ethical wall system and routinely auditing walls to ensure file paths are appropriately secured
• Prepare presentation and correspondence as directed (i.e., slides, documents, letters, etc.)
• Schedule meetings/calls
• Time and expense entry
• Other duties and projects as requested
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-3 years of administrative support experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• 2 year degree preferred
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential issues sensitively
• Efficient under time pressure
• Effective written and verbal communications
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior experience using Salesforce, Elite and/or IntApp Walls
