ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: The Record-to-Report (R2R) Workstream Co-lead is responsible for assisting with the successful implementation of the tasks under that workstream (general ledger structure, legal entity structure, reporting hierarchy, intercompany accounting, reporting) in Unit4 Business World under the ERP project. The Co-lead will engage global finance, accounting and billing resources as required on the project. This lead will supplement the efforts of the R2R Workstream Lead. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Serve as an additional Subject Matter Expert (ASME) and help oversee the processes in the RTR workstream: design, build and testing process

• Assist in management of the project timeline and deliverables for this workstream

• Work with the Lead to provide status updates including schedule, risks, decisions, etc., weekly

• Engage with other workstream leads to coordinate the overall project effort

• Assist with training in the application, including creating and delivering training materials

• Become a Change Agent as a part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, acting as a liaison between the project and end users, assisting with user adoption of new system and processes

• Help drive the testing process, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing

• Engage resources throughout the global finance team to keep the project on track and manage deliverables

• Alert the project team of potential issues and decision escalations, where needed

• Engage with the Unit4 development team to build and test the solutions, enforcing use of best practices and process improvements at every stage where appropriate

• Assist with driving key decisions around streamlined processes that incorporates best practices and harmonizes inputs from key stakeholders for the system design related to R2R workstream

• Act as a key signatory on the approved design and delivered solution

• Provide business inputs to the IT team for design and development of relevant interfaces with other systems, reports, and data migration from Elite

• Assist with the deployment and cutover to the new system

• Become a power user of the full solution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of combined experience in FTI's corporate accounting and segment financial operations

• Ability to coordinate and manage complex project activities

• Knowledge of the FTI general ledger structure, legal entity structure and reporting hierarchy

• Knowledge of the FTI intercompany accounting process

• Knowledge of the FTI reporting process

• Ability to effectively utilize existing relationships with the global finance organization in the implementation process
