Tax Senior, US Reporting

About the Role
The Senior, US Tax Reporting will proactively assist with calculating, recording and reporting the Company's quarterly and year-end tax provision and tax footnote disclosures in the Company's financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
What You'll Do • Assist in calculating and recording of the Company's monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provision in accordance with US GAAP (ASC 740, FIN 48 and APB 23), performing a detailed analysis of current and deferred federal, state, local and foreign taxes from both an income statement and balance sheet perspective
• Assist in preparing and/or prepare the Company's estimated tax payments, extension requests and tax returns including US federal consolidated income tax returns, subsidiary pro-forma federal tax returns, state and local income, franchise, revenue based tax returns, and indirect tax filings (property tax files and sales and use tax)
• Prepare comprehensive analysis for YTD US revenues in order to determine state by state apportionment factor
• Develop blended state tax rate on revenue analysis as well as payroll and property factors and state by state tax law
• Assist in business planning including calculating tax provisions and cash tax forecasts
• Assist with responses to inquiries and correspondence from the federal, state and local tax authorities
• Ensure the Company's tax files are well organized, properly maintained and available to address audit issues Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant tax experience with Big 4 and large corporation tax department
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA
• Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation of a U.S.-based multinational corporation
