This role requires someone who is collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial minded and operationally strong. We are looking for someone who can partner with internal key stakeholders throughout the firm, various key universities, students, and the internal talent acquisition team.

We are immediately seeking an Early Talent Recruiting Manager with proven success in managing early talent programs. This role requires someone who is collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial minded and operationally strong. We are looking for someone who can partner with internal key stakeholders throughout the firm, various key universities, students, and the internal talent acquisition team.
What You'll Do
- Lead FTI's internship program including developing the program, working with professionals to gain alignment and commitment, manage the execution tactics of programs, manage the candidates and related communication to drive high conversion and acceptance rates
- Lead multiple IMPACT sessions and other Early ID programs per year to identify top talent and attract them to careers at FTI
- Work with internal practice professionals, HR leaders, internal TA team to develop strategies in building and enhancing early talent programing and events
- Track and report on intern to consultant conversions
- Effectively work with and manage key stakeholders through the recruitment process and incorporate stakeholder feedback into strategy
- Continually improve programs and processes
- Identify barriers and build relationships needed to drive change in the business
- Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Leader to manage recruiting programs and implement cost saving and perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
- Interpret data, create reporting, proposals, and presentations highlighting programs and tracking against goals
- Maintain expert knowledge of recruiting programs by staying well-informed on best practices, competitive intelligence, emerging trends, and technological advancements
- Travel as needed to meet with internal and external stakeholders, events, meetings, and other relevant recruiting matters
How You'll Grow
The Early Talent Recruiting Manager will be a member of our internal recruiting team and play an integral role in developing and enhancing early talent events and programming at FTI.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6+ years of campus recruiting experience with a minimum of 2+ years creating and executing early talent events and programming
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo, Handshake & LinkedIn Recruiter
- This role requires travel to FTI offices
- Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and various reporting tools
