About The Role

FTI Consulting is seeking a strategic and experienced Workplace Services and Facilities P roject M anager. The role will be responsible for deliver ing project management support across FTI offices globally . This Project Manager will also play a critical role in driving more efficient, effective, and innovative program outcomes across teams and processes with defined deliverables and deadlines. This position requires a strong understanding of w orkplace project delivery processes across services, technology and delivery practices . There will be an emphasis on a high-touch, communicative change management approach and perspective.

What You'll Do

  • L ead regional to global w orkplace services projects ; manage budgets and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Define clear project goals, objectives , and action plans.
  • Document project summaries and communicate routinely on status to leaders and stakeholder groups to remain aligned with overall project goals.
  • Lead the management of a range of projects such as: streamlining workplace processes, introduction of new services and technolog ies , supporting growing workplace functions ( ie health & safety, security access, shared-desking, occupancy management) and governance requirements that vary in size, scope, and complexity.
  • Engage in occupancy , desk-booking/ desk sharing challenges and tools .
  • Support project handover documentation, proper governance and gathering critical information from Real estate projects through to Workplace services delivery .
  • M anage cost tracking, schedules, and external vendors/services as needed throughout project timelines .
  • Assess short-term and long-term project and business risk/opportunities, participate in formal risk analysis activities, and support risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Drive more efficient/effective, innovation-focused outcomes, working smarter across Workplace teams to understand day-to-day functions to drive value .
  • Positively influence outcomes internally as well as with a network of external partners and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively and routinely with primary internal stakeholder partners including IT, Human Resources, Business stakeholders, Real E state, etc . as needed to ensure successful and inclusive project delivery .
  • Consistently show innovative ways to challenge the status quo, problem solve, and formulate data analysis for leadership review.
  • Assist in sourcing, procurement, and contractual processes necessary to onboard the required resources and execute global projects successfully.
  • General data analysis support as needed .

What Y ou W ill N eed T o S ucceed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 7+ years of post-graduate professional experience in Workplace/Corporate services, supporting program management for workplace services and project delivery
  • Experience leading workplace strategic shifts/transformation and managing the change cycle
  • Expert experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • International Experience
  • Experience in coordination with workplace, vendor and stakeholder disciplines ; this role requires engagement across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Tools such as ServiceNow, PowerBI , or Tableau
  • Strong project management proficiencies and experience working with various project management tools and reporting
