The eCommerce Customer Support Rep position is a Monday through Friday, hourly rate position with great benefits. Taking applications for both full-time and part-time positions.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Pursues and develops relationships with potential customers or leads, to cultivate new business.
  • Provides ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts.
  • Updates B2B orders - performs order entry, and reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
  • Initiates call to customers to provide updates on B2B orders.
  • Informs B2B customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
  • Advises B2B customers on substitution or modification of parts when the part requested is not available.
Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skill are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a concise manner with customers.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  • Must be able to thrive in a group/team environment.
  • Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
  • One to two years of prior telephone sales, customer service relations, and/or route sales is not required but is helpful.
