Job Summary:

The operations intern will work closely with the Operations and Professional Services departments to provide support with day-to-day activities. The Intern will assist in inventory and asset tracking and closely partner with project managers and operations in opening install cases, work orders, etc., scheduling pickups and overall flow of returns to warehouse and refurbishes through repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with installs/returns/follow-ups through Salesforce
• Schedule and organizing with warehouse and third-party logistics (mostly SBA Global Freight and UPS)
• Provide support with returns and refurbishes, keeping a close eye on overall returns process

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics and/or customer care
• Preferred experience in inventory control and forecasting
• Preferred experience in Salesforce
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel
