Job Purpose:
Troubleshoot and respond to customer's software inquiries. Resolve customer concerns with software installation, operation, application and compatibility matters.
Core Job Duties:
• Installation and support of Imagenet connect and other Topcon's software products remotely and on-site
• Escalation of requirements to Imagenet connect team
• Implementation of projects
• First contact for the customer and the customer's employees
• product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers locally and remotely
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 3 years of experience in the field of EMR or similar products
• Bachelor in Computer Science
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Familiar with DICOM, HL&, IHE and SQL
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Experience in the field of software applications (experience with the use of hospital and / or medical practice information or management systems would be ideal) is a plus
