Based in Oakland, NJ, Topcon is a comprehensive diagnostic device manufacturer within the worldwide eye care community. Topcon's software gives clinicians access to patient exam data captured from OCTs, Visual Fields, Fundus Cameras, and other Topcon and third-party devices. Topcon leverages its new data management system called Topcon Harmony, where practitioners gain access to both DICOM and non-DICOM information stored in a central, cloud-based environment. Additionally, Topcon now provides an integrated service that connects practitioners to an extensive network of reading services to assist in the management of sight-threatening eye diseases.

UX DESIGN LEAD ANALYST

Help oversee the UX team and design processes to ensure an excellent user experience for company's entire software product suite. Assist in the management of a team of designers to ensure productive work and timely delivery of visual assets.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, focusing on HCI, information architecture, user research, content, controls, visual design and development, and branding.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, optimize existing processes, implement industry best practices into the daily routine of the team, evangelize UX design and promote user and data-driven development.Create and implement the UX Quality Assurance (QA) process to help maintain consistent UI and high quality of the final product.Develop and execute UX design strategy for company products and help perform user-centered design (UCD). Develop and implement user testing and user research practices for data-driven product requirements and seamless user experience across the company's software products.Help with the onboarding new team members and organize a productive, collaborative team environment. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess features, create and maintain a UX roadmap and estimation system for accurate schedule estimation and opportunities for projections, and help implement Agile methodology to the UX planning and execution process to ensure that UX backlog is visible, transparent, and manageable.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or Management and one (1) year of experience in job offered or one (1) year of UX design experience
