Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse / LPNto work with our client. In this role, you will provide general nursing care to our patient population.

Job Duties:

• Provide professional nursing care.
• Observe, document, and report patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care.
• Administer medications.
• Order medication and medical supplies.
• Provide immediate medical attention to emergencies.
• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Completion of an approved Medication Administration course.
• Biennial renewal of LPN licensure as a practical nurse.
• Obtain & maintain certification in CPR.
• Completion of an approved Medication Administration course.
• Current immunizations.
