Marketing Specialist serves as Autodesk Channel Marketer on the Topcon Solutions' Autodesk team.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes Topcon Solutions Marketing efforts/campaigns for software sales.
• Answer incoming lead inquiries (phone, email, website, social media) live and assign to Topcon Solutions Software Representatives based on territory & product.
• Coordinates lead generation campaign activities.
• Satisfies Autodesk reporting requirements.
• Plans and executes quarterly Autodesk channel marketing campaigns
• Oversee brand guidelines and compliances in marketing
• Utilize various digital marketing toolsets to develop, execute, track and report Autodesk channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, organic and paid social media, SEO, display advertising, etc.
• Contribute to CRM database maintenance to improve and ensure target marketing effectiveness
• Coordinates with events specialist on conferences, trade shows, in-person events and more

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or equivalent required.
• 3-4+ years related experience desired
• General to experienced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products required; specifically, design (Illustrator or Photoshop) but exposure to InDesign and Premiere is a plus
• Excellent written & verbal skills; journalism and advertising background is a plus
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred (NetSuite specific bonus points)
• Well versed in Marketing campaigns and concepts.
• AEC related experience desired
