Due to our continued growth and expansion, M3 is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our Market Research team.

The new Social Media Specialist is a social media expert, who works across the B2B and internal communications of the business, delivering, and measuring, effective, engaging marketing campaigns, using a true multichannel approach. Working in close partnership with the wider marketing team and other internal stakeholders you will design campaigns that achieve their objectives and are appropriate for their intended audience, reporting on their subsequent performance and engagement, and making evidence-based recommendations for future iterations. Although your focus will be on owning the marketing activities supporting specific brands, you will also play a key role in collaborating on other marketing activities across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the social media strategy across M3 Global Research's portfolio of brands
  • Design intelligent marketing campaigns that achieve their objectives and support the delivery of organizational goals
  • Report on, and analyze the impact of multichannel marketing campaigns, tracking performance against agreed KPIs
  • Make evidence-based recommendations to improve the user journey and usability across onboarding and the M3Global.com, QQFS.com and m360Research.com websites, including leading the re-launch of existing web assets
  • Working closely with global HR and leadership teams to support internal communications and the external ‘M3 as an employer' brand with initiatives designed to impact recruitment, employee engagement, and information sharing across multiple channels
  • Hold responsibility for the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels, and use that data to inform existing and future activities
  • Implement best practice SEM approaches including paid advertising and on-page optimization for all platforms
  • Carry out monthly marketing campaign reviews to track performance of campaign effectiveness, iterating existing campaigns as necessary, and planning future initiatives
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team, and other marketing stakeholders to collaborate on campaign strategy and impact
  • You'll bring subject matter expertise to a marketing team new to formalized and strategic campaigns. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own, designing something powerful from the ground up, with the opportunity to support the delivery of significant revenue growth in 2021.

  • Prioritize your workload to make best use of your time to meet deadlines and targets, ensuring these are in line with business and departmental priorities
  • Perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility and willingness to change direction or strategy when circumstances demand.


Requirements:

  • Social media planning experience, including with paid advertising
  • Deep experience of campaign reporting and analytics, confident in using data to inform future strategies
  • An analytic, results-oriented thinker with the ability to be flexible in their approaches
  • Motivated by an exciting and collaborative team environment
  • Able to make decisions, take ownership and accept accountability
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
  • Self-directed worker with the professionalism and focus to work relatively autonomously, albeit with the support of marketing colleagues
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a B2B healthcare environment, and / or with experience of internal / corporate communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with an eye for detail
