Summary of Essential Duties
  • Supporting the Company by sourcing and recruiting candidates for various departments within the Company, with an emphasis on supporting the Maintenance Department, by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Supporting the Company by sourcing and recruiting candidates, for various departments within the Company, with an emphasis on supporting the Maintenance Department, by attending career fairs.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the applicable department leadership teams.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote Contours reputation as best place to work.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications

  • Possess high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • At least 5-years of prior aviation experience for a Part 121 or Part 135 carrier is required. Experience in recruiting for an aviation maintenance department is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video-interviewing, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR databases.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
