Summary of Essential Duties:
  • Basic cabin repairs / fabrication of parts
  • General repair items including but not limited to, nutplates, rivnuts, filling and fairing, bonding and sealing, replacement of seals and inserts.
  • Cleaning of interior parts
  • Repair and refurb of aircraft cabinets
  • Remove and replace decorative materials on interior parts including but not limited to fabrics, tedlar, and matting.
  • Prep for paint, priming and painting of aircraft interior items
  • Ability to read and comprehend aircraft repair manuals, engineering repair orders and related drawings.
  • Legibly and accurately completes all required documentation for work performed.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate is required
  • 2 or more years of prior experience is preferred
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft products including Office 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen, willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
  • Able to pass an FAA required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks
  • Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver license .
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
