Summary of Essential Duties:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating pilot training.
- Responsible for scheduling pilot training with training vendors.
- Responsible for onboarding new hires into training.
- Responsible for Flight Training invoices and contracts
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining flight crewmember qualifications for the operation.
- Responsible for maintaining flight crewmember training and qualification records compliant with FAA regulations as well as Company and vendor requirements.
- Responsible for flight crewmembers training, currency, and certification requirements that are tracked in FOS
- Responsible for FOS Manual policy and procedure.
- Responsible for vendor database tracking for crewmember qualifications.
- Responsible for CASS/KCM database management.
- Assist with Technical Publication forms for flight crewmembers.
- Other duties as assigned by the leadership
Qualifications
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. College preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in aviation or an aviation related industry.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Able to pass a 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
- Possess a valid drivers license and good driving record.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to be on call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Able to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language.
- Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software. Experience with FOS or another flight crewmember tracking software solution.

- Aviation experience demonstrating a thorough understanding of flight crewmember requirements.
