We help our clients implement multidisciplinary programs that improve the completeness and specificity of clinical documentation and coding. We leverage data analytics, benchmarking, chart reviews, and query audits while simultaneously educating clinical documentation specialists, providers and coders. We implement leading practice CDI, coding, and HIM process enhancements to help our clients achieve compliant results.
Our Directors have overall responsibility for project management, client management, solution design and implementation as well as achievement of engagement results. They also work with client and project leaders to effectively use change management strategies and guide the client through transformation efforts.

- Build and cultivate client relationships while expanding the FTI Healthcare client portfolio.
- Exhibit personal leadership skill and ability.
- Manage risks and utilize creative problem solving techniques.
- Lead client and selected FTI personnel to influence team direction.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of case management, coding, and revenue cycle.
- Lead activities to support measureable project outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing
- 10+ years experience working in clinical documentation and coding
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements due to challenging deadlines, changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
