What We Do

The M&A Transactions - Merger Integration & Carve-Outs (MICO) team is focused on providing insights and guiding clients during periods of transition leading up to, during and / or subsequent to an acquisition or divestiture. By analyzing and understanding financial and operational data of our clients (sell-side) and acquisition targets (buy-side), we provide a comprehensive set of solutions including operational due diligence, merger integration or carve-out assistance (pre- and post-Close), transaction execution support and assistance with synergy realization and TSA management. The functional teams include sales, operations, network planning, marketing, F&A, IT, and HR.

We were hired by the Board of Directors to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer, interim Treasurer and interim FP&A Director and support. We did the financial analysis within the company, structured go-forward finance procedures and policies, setting the company up for long term success, and created several financial planning tools that are used to this day.
