At Mobile Mini our Branch Managers oversee portable storage solutions for businesses homeowners retail stores and even government institutions in their local area. As the Branch Manager you'll have full responsibility for the operations sales and revenue for your branch.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The Branch Managers focus includes:
Safety/Environment
- Manages employee health and safety through creating a safer workplace training observations and regularly scheduled assessments of the branch.
- Conducts periodic safety meetings as well as update safety documents and logs i.e. OSHA DOT/DQF.
- Ensures operating standards are conducted; supported by robust training and communication actions.
Operations
- Provides managerial oversight to both contractors and full-time branch operational employees (direct labor field service dispatch admin etc.)
- Oversees the ongoing maintenance inventory and servicing of the fleet through efficient use of company resources (time people money etc.)
- Collaborates with HR and leadership to effectively manage branch workforce ensuring the right recruiting and workforce training strategies are in place to advance company goals.
- Assesses talent implements employee development plans and creates and maintains a learning environment.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors and customers through open proactive communication
Production
- Relocates idle fleet and conduct work order assessments as required.
- Oversees fleet and parts inventory counts at established frequencies.
- Orders receives and distributes materials/VAPS to work teams/vendors on a timely basis to support unit completion requirements.
- Conducts monthly assessments on work order accuracy and labor efficiencies
Sales
- Consistently meet or exceed goals for all sales activities.
- Formulate sales calls plans make customer appointments gather information and progress through the sales process.
- Travel frequently throughout the city to meet in person with clients and build relationships with prospects.
- Develop and present presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Inform and demonstrate thorough knowledge of our product specifications and services.
- Monitor the company's local industry competitors new products and market conditions to understand the customer's specific needs.
- Update customer records and issue quotes through CRM system.
Financials
- Develop update and maintain a set of standard financial and business reports used consistently by Management for monthly review.
- Analyze KPI trends on a monthly basis to assist management in understanding of results and business users in understanding their business.
- Development and management of functional dashboards and KPIs
- Manage/maintain performance data and analytics to support KPIs team and individual performance management.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of management experience including managing P&L and proven track record of profitability and continuous improvement -OR- experience developing and administering a balanced financial plan while overseeing a military operation
- We know Veterans often have amazing management skills. Military leadership experience counts for management experience here!
- Bachelor's degreeOR5 years of operations management experience in leasing industrial construction or related industry
- Sound business acumen with demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to make quick business decisions
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite including Excel
- Strong analytical skills organization and accuracy with the ability to multi-task while remaining organized
- Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
- Knowledge of DOT OSHA and state specific safety regulations preferred
