Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking a Part-Time Early Intervention Inclusion Specialist to work with our client. In this role, you will be creating and reviewing educational content focused on effective, inclusive strategies for supporting children's development in early childhood settings. You will also support teachers in creating inclusive learning environments for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Writing Draft content outlines and scenarios for training materials on inclusion practices for infants and toddlers with special needs. Develop resources on best practices specific to your expertise, including strategies for supporting young children with disabilities. Create talking points for expert commentary videos on developmental needs and inclusive practices. Content Review & Quality Assurance Review and provide feedback on course materials, ensuring all content is accurate, clear, and in line with the latest research in early childhood education and special needs. Evaluate both written and video content for relevance and alignment with early childhood education and inclusion standards. Expert Commentary & Filming Participate in filming sessions, offering expert commentary on inclusion strategies and/or specific approaches for children with various developmental needs. Local travel may be required based on filming location. Collaboration & Meetings Attend up to five brief meetings (one hour each) to contribute to brainstorming, content feedback, and project reviews as needed.
Required Expertise
We are looking for professionals with experience in supporting infants and toddlers, specifically in one or more of the following areas:
Inclusion Strategies in Child Care Settings Early Intervention Speech and Language Therapy Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Deaf and Hard of Hearing Vision Impairment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Demonstrated expertise in working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, with disabilities or developmental delays. Strong understanding of early childhood education and inclusive practices. Ability to create and review educational content accurately and concisely. Previous experience participating in filmed educational content is preferred but not required.
