InGenesis is seeking a Research Assistant II to work with our client.In this role, you will be focused on research support activities to understand career pathways and trajectories for all careers in the early childhood field.

Essential Job Function:
- Attend relevant training courses
- Assist in recruiting subjects (professionals in the early childhood field) and obtaining informed consent from potential study participants
- Schedule and assist with interviews with participants
- Assist with creating surveys for study participants
- Assist with participant tracking throughout the study
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Teams and Excel), Jira, RedCap, QuestionPro, and Qualtrics.
- Experience in Data Collection, observation, coding behaviors and recruiting/outreach.
