Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking Psychiatrist to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping patients of Harris County.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate patients through interviews, medical histories, and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Provide psychotherapy and other therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental health.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine degree in Psychiatry, board eligible or board certified.
• Current licensure in good standing with the appropriate licensing agency and regulatory board.
• Compliance with multi-state privilege requirements, if applicable.
• No disciplinary actions or monitoring agreements that restrict practice across state lines.
• No reports to the Board for practice issues or misconduct.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration.
• Valid Texas driver license.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
