Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking a Director of Supply Chain Informatics - Supply Chain Services to work with our client. In this role, you will set the strategy for supply chain information systems and technology, aligning with business needs and goals. This role collaborates with IT Services and the Chief Data Analytics Office to oversee data analytics, planning, implementation, and optimization of supply chain systems, including Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and ERP modules. The Director leads the development of advanced reporting tools and AI-driven analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

The Director leads the development of advanced reporting tools and AI-driven analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Systems Strategy, Implementation, and Management:
- Oversee strategy, implementation, and management of ERP components (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Item Master, Contracting, Strategic Sourcing).
Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation and optimization of Supply Chain systems.
- Promote strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- Research and implement best practices for operational efficiencies.
- Propose and drive business process improvements.
- Support transformation to an agile integrated supply chain.
- Enhance efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness through proactive insights.
Data Management and Analytics:
- Use predictive analytics for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for real-time insights.
- Establish data governance policies for data integrity and compliance.
- Lead data quality improvement projects.
- Promote best practices in data management and analytics.
Strategic Implementation:
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to support strategic goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely interface of Supply Chain systems with financial accounting systems.
- Develop department data analytics strategy and capabilities.
- Participate in security reviews and audits.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Oversee ad hoc reporting and routine report generation.
- Develop disaster prevention and recovery plans for Supply Chain systems.
- Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Perform related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business).
- Ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology or Supply Chain, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics tools, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business).
- Experience in health systems and familiarity with Microsoft Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake.
Working Environment:
- Standard office, hospital, and laboratory environments.
- Partially remote with travel as needed.
