ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Project Manager, Talent Development will lead onboarding and performance management projects to ensure the successful achievement of FTI strategic priorities. This position will report to FTI's Senior Director, Talent Development, Project Management and will collaborate with various stakeholders within Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the direction and oversight of key TD projects thru transition phase of project life cycle following standard project management process.
  • Collaborate and engage with senior HR leadership and stakeholders to obtain a clear understanding of the business needs and people challenges of the organization and develop proposals and solutions on how these can be supported.
  • Analysis of current state documentation and future state business process documentation to determine gaps.
  • Collaboration with multiple HR teams to determine global requirements for various processes, communicate requirements to the HR information systems (HRIS) team, partner with HRIS on requirements build, user acceptance testing, and finalization.
  • Ability to determine project plans including schedules, communication plan, risk plan, change management plan as required depending on the project.
  • Support instructional systems design and development of learning tools (videos, PowerPoint, quick-reference guides, etc.) to communicate changes to the organization.
  • Ability to communicate changes through facilitation, meetings, etc.
  • Work with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify process improvements or new proposed solutions to enhance the user experience for our employees.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and oral and written communications.
  • Self-driven, learn quickly and have a passion for process improvement and developing solutions to problems.
  • Provide oversight of TD projects to keep projects moving throughout the lifecycle of the project and execute senior leadership visions
  • Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans, status, and rollout of projects to all stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changes in requirements
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for TD projects and work with cross functional teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 4 years working in professional services environment, 2 years in professional services
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently to achieve business objectives
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Project management professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Familiarity with Talent Management Systems (Learning Management, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and consultative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth oriented and matrixed organizational environment where independence, flexibility and adaptability are required
  • Must be comfortable working through ambiguity and in a fast-based dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in professional services
