Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

The Manager, Diversity and Inclusion will support the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives dedicated to enhance and support an inclusive culture across FTI. This role will report to the Managing Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion and will be focused on programs and initiatives dedicated to attracting and retaining diverse talent at FTI.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Employee Resource Groups to build programs and events that support FTI's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Partner on the design and implementation of an annual Diversity Conference to provide opportunities for our diverse talent to network, participate in forums and gain additional training and knowledge to help them succeed at FTI.
  • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion team to identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of impactful mentorship programs with specific goals and accountabilities to ensure diverse talent has the support, focused guidance, and tools needed to achieve success at FTI.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to streamline programs to attract diverse talent to FTI.
  • Partner with the Communications team to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events, and progress.
  • Partner with the Talent Development team to develop, implement and facilitate an inclusion learning and awareness strategy for all levels of employees.
  • Benchmark and research analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Diversity and Inclusion topics
  • Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate Diversity initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior training and/or related human resource experience.
  • Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity & Inclusion best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of creating and communicating a clear project plan and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into implementing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation
  • Strategic thinker with passion for driving change
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity to define clear road maps, recommendations, plans and processes.
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).
