PO SITION PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, the Director, Compensation will lead the global segment compensation strategies for all non-executive employees. This role will ensure all programs align with business objectives and are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining key talent. The role will work collaboratively with FTI's business leaders, HR and Finance leads to understand the business issues and develop effective solutions. This role will manage a team of analysts and two managers focused on all non-executive compensation matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage global compensation models for 4 segments, oversee the compensation model design work completed by the Compensation managers as well as oversee all components of the annual compensation planning process
- Provide analytical expertise and support on non-executive compensation matters. Work directly with senior leaders to influence how they look at non-executive compensation.
- Assess the overall business impact of the compensation strategy to ensure alignment with senior leadership objectives
- Maintain oversight to consistently evaluate and enhance all reporting and analytics performed by the Compensation group.
- Primary point of contact for all compensation survey providers.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance of all compensation programs.
- Viewed as an expert on compensation matters and market best practices. Introduce innovative solutions to enhance internal programs as necessary.
- Oversee the workload of the Compensation Managers and the daily activities of the Senior Analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of related experience in Compensation Administration
- Bachelor's Degree required, particularly in a quantitative or business-related field
Requirements and General Skills:
- Expert level of Excel skills
- Experience with scenario modeling and other analysis desired
- Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and personal integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and a personal commitment to continuously developing strong business, industry and client acumen
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
