Skills:
- Azure Administration certification preferred.
- Experience with Azure HCI solutions.
- Experience with hardware stack, computer nodes and network administration.
Required:
- Exam AZ-104 - Microsoft Azure Administrator is required prior to start.
Responsibilities:
- Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, problem management, documentation, and ticket resolution of the Dell Azure HCI environment.
- Work with customers for administrative upkeep needs as it relates to their Dell HCI infrastructure.
- This includes maintenance to nodes along with Azure administration and leveraging internal Dell resources as needed.
