POSITION PURPOSE

The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing compensation analysis and support on both executive and non-executive compensation globally. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation and will primarily focus on survey management, implementation of new technology in Compensation and executing day to day activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the market compensation survey participation process. Conducts analysis based on the survey results.

• Assist with the implementation of technology initiatives in Compensation

• Responsible for maintaining the content in the survey management database

• Manage the monthly bonus process

• Manage the content of the compensation database

• Support the execution of the year-end merit increase and bonus payment cycle. Assist with necessary data audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience in Compensation Administration

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details

• Exhibits strong customer service competency

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. - nested IF statements, v-lookups and pivot tables) required

• Strong PowerPoint skills preferred

• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically PeopleSoft, and Success Factors a plus

• Working knowledge of Compensation Survey Management systems, specifically PayFactors a plus.

• Have or pursuing Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus
