ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: This position is part of a team responsible for the accurate consolidation and reporting of the Company's financial statements (including the documents filed with the SEC), which includes key responsibilities in the areas of share-based compensation, financial reporting, debt accounting, and technical accounting research. This position provides exposure to our financial processes and external financial reporting as well as working with our operating segments and other corporate departments (including HR, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations) within the organization. PRIMARY DUTIES: • Assists in the external financial reporting process, including: ◦ Preparing key disclosures for our quarterly and annual financial statements and 1934 Act forms (10-Q and 10-K) for filing with the SEC; ◦ Developing quarterly financial reporting calendars; and

◦ Maintaining supporting documentation to substantiate information included in each SEC filing • Prepares analysis, roll-forwards, and records monthly journal entries for share-based compensation and corporate debt-related activities • Prepares financial support for earnings and investor presentations • Assists in the preparation of technical accounting white papers • Prepares and delivers quarterly and annual government surveys • Prepare monthly computation of share-based compensation expense, monthly equity roll-forward, basic and diluted shares outstanding, and timely filing of changes in beneficial ownership • Prepare weighted shares outstanding and earnings per share calculations and forecasts • Participate in the annual budgeting/forecasting process for share-based compensation and interest expense • Tests internal controls as part of the Company's SOX self-assessment program • Participates in special projects as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors' degree in accounting, CPA or CPA candidate • One to three years of experience in accounting/finance field PREFERRED SKILLS: • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to manage deadline requirements and multi-task projects • High competency in Microsoft Excel • Experience auditing or working in large, complex, and multinational companies • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP #LI-LF1
