The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for replenishing stock for work cells, putting away finished goods in designated warehouse locations, and operating a forklift to ensure efficient and safe movement of materials. This role also involves utilizing SAP to manage inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish stock and materials at production work cells to support ongoing manufacturing operations.
  • Put away finished goods into appropriate storage locations in the warehouse.
  • Utilize SAP to perform inventory transactions, including material movements and stock updates.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Navigate the warehouse frequently on foot; the role involves a significant amount of walking each day.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP system for inventory management.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Working hours/conditions
  • Monday-Friday 530-200pm
  • Summer hours Memorial Day - Labor Day
  • Climate-controlled environment
  • Competitive hourly wage and eligible for a quarterly bonus program.
